Mi Piso Turístico (mipisoturistico.app) is an information site for owners of holiday homes on the Costa del Sol, published by Iván Pérez Gil (Torremolinos Gestión Vacacional). The owner's full details are in the legal notice.

2. What you can do here

You can read the guides, use the profitability calculator, the "Can I rent here?" map, the price index, the assistant and the contact form free of charge and without registering. You can quote and link to the content citing the source. The price index is published under a CC BY 4.0 licence.

3. What you cannot do

  • Copy complete guides to publish them as your own.
  • Use the assistant or the forms to send illegal, offensive content or spam.
  • Try to access non-public parts of the site or overload its services.

4. Nature of the information

The information is indicative and is prepared from official sources, but the rules change and every case is different. It does not replace the advice of a professional (accountant, lawyer, property administrator). Revenue and price figures are market averages and may not match your home.

5. Automated tools and social media

Mi Piso Turístico publishes content on its own social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok) through automated tools connected to those platforms. Those connections only affect the owner's accounts; nothing is ever published on behalf of the site's users and their accounts are never accessed.
