What data we process and why

This site has no registration forms. We only process personal data when you give it to us by contacting us:

Enquiries by WhatsApp or email: your name, your number or email and what you tell us (for example, where your home is). We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare an estimate or a management proposal. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in attending to you.
Browsing data: the site only uses technical cookies unless you accept others. See the cookie policy.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation passes through WhatsApp's servers (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which has its own privacy policy. We do not add your number to broadcast lists and will not send you commercial messages without your consent.

Retention

We keep enquiries while we handle them and, at most, for one year from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises, in which case the corresponding legal periods apply.

Recipients

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except by legal obligation. Our technology providers (web hosting, email, messaging) may access data as processors, with the guarantees required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@gestion-apartamentos-turisticos-torremolinos.com, stating which right you are exercising. If you believe we have not dealt with you properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
